Leslie Honey Tronche

Associate

Leslie Tronche is no stranger to the courtroom.  After working for a federal judge in one of the nation’s busiest federal trial courts, she has served on a trial team every year she’s been at Beck Redden.  Her practice includes representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide-array of high-stakes civil litigation matters, including complex business disputes, oil and gas, personal injury, mass torts, patent litigation and trade-secret cases.  Leslie understands how to zealously advocate for her clients from the outset of each case—working through each detail of discovery with an eye toward how to present the client’s story to the jury at trial.

As a native East Texan, Leslie served as the first law clerk to Judge Rodney Gilstrap, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.  During her time with the Court, she gained first-hand experience understanding how to present a complex case to judges and juries alike.  She applies that knowledge to every client she represents.  She also gained extensive insight into Eastern District practices and procedures.

During law school, Leslie also interned with former District Judge T. John Ward, former Magistrate Judge Charles Everingham, IV, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and with Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Manske of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Served on a trial team representing an oil and gas services company as the plaintiff in a case involving claims of breach of contract and fraud, resulting in one of Harris County’s largest jury verdicts of the year.
