Hubbard v. Rosenthal

Hubbard v. Rosenthal, 2012 WL 1992124 (Tex. App.—Waco 2012, pet. denied)

This case involved a suit against six attorneys for a variety of tort claims arising from their settlement of a wrongful death suit. Fields Alexander secured a take-nothing judgment for Beck Redden's client on all claims in probate court, including claims of theft, fraud, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, and conspiracy. Connie Pfeiffer served as lead counsel on appeal, authoring a brief that was joined by each of the six other defendants in the case. The court of appeals upheld the judgment, and the Texas Supreme Court denied a petition for review.
