In Re 24R Inc. d/b/a The Boot Jack, 324 S.W.3d 564 (Tex. 2010)
After the lower courts declined to enforce an arbitration agreement in this dispute between an employer and an employee, the employer hired Beck Redden partner David Gunn to seek Supreme Court review. He and his colleague John Adcock filed mandamus papers in the Supreme Court, which unanimously ruled that the agreement was enforceable.
