For Zach, excellence is the expectation and results are the reward.
Before joining Beck Redden, Zach clerked for Chief Judge Lee H. Rosenthal of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and Judge Susan P. Graber of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Two years behind the bench trained him to approach each case meticulously with a focus on what really matters. His no-nonsense approach translates into top-notch advocacy at all stages of trial and appeal.
Before his clerkships, Zach graduated at the top of his class from Lewis & Clark Law School. He was an editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review, a research assistant to two professors, a guest lecturer, a tutor, and a mentor. He also published three law review articles and helped draft and edit Federal Multidistrict Litigation in a Nutshell.
