Three Beck Redden appellate attorneys are on the program for TexasBarCLE’s 39th Annual Advanced Civil Appellate Practice Course on September 4–5, 2025, in Austin.
Partners Nicholas Bruno (2025–2026 Chair, Houston Bar Association Appellate Practice Section) and Parth Gejji (2025–2026 Treasurer, Houston Bar Association Appellate Practice Section) will take part in several sessions. Parth will present on “Issues in Special Appearance Law” (Sept. 4) and brief attendees on “Preparing for the Specialization Exam” (Sept. 5). Of Counsel Chris Dove (Councilmember of the State Bar of Texas Appellate Section and member of this event’s planning committee) will present on “Ethical Restrictions on Amicus Briefs” (Sept. 5).
At the pre-course “Civil Appellate Practice 101” session on September 3, Nick will present on “Mandamus”, and he and Parth will jointly present on “Preparing for the Specialization Exam.”
This will be a session that attorneys, whether accomplished in or new to appellate law in Texas, will not want to miss!
