Bennett’s greatest strength as an advocate is his ability to communicate complex ideas in a manner that is clear, concise, and persuasive.

Bennett honed this skill while serving as a law clerk on both the Texas Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit. Bennett’s clerkships give him first-hand knowledge of cutting-edge legal issues, the nuances of state and federal appellate procedure, and the way that judges make decisions.

Bennett graduated from Yale Law School, where he won the Quintin S. Johnstone Prize in Real Property Law. Bennett’s academic writing has appeared in the Cornell Law Review, the American Journal of International Law, and the Texas Environmental Law Journal. Before law school, Bennett served in AmeriCorps and attended Emory University and the University of Cambridge.
