Garrett Brawley is a trial lawyer with significant experience, including wins for both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial cases across the country. By design, he maintains a well-rounded practice, representing large corporations in complex business disputes, small business owners in fiduciary liability lawsuits, energy companies in commercial cases, and individuals in will contests and estate disputes.

Garrett has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in Business Litigation by Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers (2023–2025) and also has been recognized in “Ones to Watch” by The Best Lawyers in America® (2023–2025). Active in the Houston legal community, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and holds leadership roles in TYLA’s National Trial Competition and State Moot Court Competition committees. Garrett is a 2013 graduate of Lamar University and a 2016 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review. He began his career at Beck Redden following his clerkship with the Honorable Alfred H. Bennett of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
