Beck Redden LLP lawyers penned an article featured in the Fall 2018 edition of The Advocate, which focuses on Texas’s Anti-SLAPP law. Partners Geoff Gannaway and Alex Roberts co-authored Anti-SLAPP From the Defense Perspective, which features strategies and issues that lawyers should keep in mind as they prepare to defend newly filed claims.
The Advocate is a quarterly publication of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas that addresses hot topics and trends in litigation in the State of Texas.
