Commemorating The Texas Day of Civility in the Law on April 20th, as proclaimed by the Texas Supreme Court, Partner Geoff Gannaway moderated a judicial panel discussion on Civility and Ethics in the Courtroom. The judicial panel included Judge Mike Engelhart, Judge Michael Gomez, Judge Sylvia Matthews, and Judge Robert Schaffer.
The judges shared real-life examples of lawyers behaving badly, as well as examples of lawyers behaving very well. The panel discussion was sponsored by the Houston Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
