Madison is a systematic problem solver who understands the importance of advocating with clarity and concision. She firmly believes that persuasive, successful representation begins with thorough preparation.
Before joining Beck Redden, Madison clerked for the Honorable Ed Kinkeade of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. During her clerkship, Madison gained experience with a diverse array of legal issues, ranging from trademark infringement to various types of class actions. Madison graduated from The University of Texas School of Law where she was a Teaching Quizmaster for the David J. Beck Center for Legal Research, Writing, and Appellate Advocacy and participated in the actual innocence clinic. During law school, Madison also gained appellate experience serving as an intern for Texas Supreme Court Justice Jimmy Blacklock.
Since joining Beck Redden, Madison has represented plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, various business disputes, oil and gas disputes, securities class action litigation, fiduciary matters, property disputes, among others.

Representative experience
- In 2024, along with partner Fields Alexander and associate Jake McClellan, prevailed in a two-week breach of contract jury trial. Beck Redden’s client entered into a three-year contract, which the defendant terminated several months into the relationship. Beck Redden brought suit alleging that the termination had been wrongful, and seeking the recovery of the profits its client would have earned over the life of the contract. The jury sided with Beck Redden on all issues, awarding over $15,000,000 in lost profits. With interest and attorneys’ fees, the judgment in favor of Beck Redden’s client exceeds $26,000,000.
