Beck Redden Partner Geoff Gannaway will present at the 34th Annual Litigation Update Institute Course, co-sponsored by the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Gannaway also serves as a Course Director for this year’s Institute.
His presentation is titled, “When Juries Throw You a Curve Ball: Batson, Conflicting Verdicts, Misbehaving Jurors, and More”.
