Gallier, et al. v. Woodbury Financial Services, Inc.
On June 14, 2016, four individual investors received a jury verdict of more than $4 million in a Houston federal court. The case involved allegations of fraud and violations of the Texas Insurance Code against investment advisory firm Woodbury Financial Services.
The unanimous jury verdict awarded actual and additional damages following the four-day trial. Beck Redden Partner Alex B. Roberts tried the case along with co-counsel Robert Kantas and Ryan Cook of Shepherd Smith Edwards & Kantas LTD LLP.
