After an illustrious career spanning an impressive 36 years, it is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of our long-time friend and law partner, W. Curt Webb. Since joining us in 1992 as one of our first associates, Curt has been an invaluable member of our team, dedicating his expertise and passion to the practice of law. Curt was the first person admitted to the partnership after the formation of the Firm. Over the years, Curt has been an integral part of the management at Beck Redden, having served on the Firm’s Executive Committee for over twenty years.

Curt’s impact on the legal profession has been profound. His extensive trial experience has set a standard of excellence that has earned him a reputation as a formidable trial lawyer. He has fearlessly represented clients on both sides of the docket, demonstrating unwavering commitment in high-stakes commercial litigation, personal injury, and product liability cases.

“Curt Webb’s contributions to our firm and the legal community are immeasurable. His tireless work ethic, legal acumen, and commitment to justice have been an inspiration to us all. Curt’s legacy will continue to shape the future of our firm. We are sincerely grateful to Curt for all of his many contributions to our firm and we wish him all the best in his well-earned retirement.” –  David J. Beck, Founding Partner

Curt’s strategic acumen and dedication to justice have made a lasting impact on the legal landscape, earning him recognition as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, induction into the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Association of Defense Counsel. Most recently, The Best Lawyers in America recognized him as a “2024 Lawyer of the Year” in the specialty area of Product Liability Litigation. Curt received this very same honor in 2021.

Please join us in extending our heartfelt gratitude to Curt Webb for his outstanding contributions to our firm and the legal profession. We wish him a retirement filled with joy, relaxation, new adventures, and plenty of time with his extended family.
