Please join Beck Redden LLP and the Houston Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance for the chapter’s annual meeting and a program for CLE credit on Ethical Communications in the Age of Social Media. The program will address the dos and don’ts of internal business communication and examine how ethical rules govern more casual forms of communications like emojis, texting, and even social media. The presentation will also include discussion of new and emerging ethical issues for in-house counsel and governance teams to keep in mind when communicating with business partners, outside counsel, and colleagues.
