Marcos Rosales Elected to the Partnership

Beck Redden LLP is pleased to announce that Marcos Rosales has been elected to the Partnership of the Firm. He is a 2005 graduate of Texas A&M University and a 2010 graduate of Stanford Law School and Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
He represents individuals and businesses in all types of complex civil litigation with a particular emphasis on professional negligence matters, shareholder and securities disputes, fiduciary liability, and oil and gas matters. Having previously served as senior vice president and general counsel of a diversified holding company with operations in numerous industries, Rosales combines a breadth of real-world business experience with his engineering training and attention to detail to deliver results in any dispute.
Rosales is a director of the Texas Young Lawyers Association and member of the Houston Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.
He serves on the board of directors of the Houston Urban Debate League, an organization that has worked to make the academic activity of debate available to students in Houston’s urban high schools with the end goal of getting students into and out of college with degrees. Rosales also serves on the Leadership Council of Texas A&M University’s Association of Former Students and as the Houston Chapter Chair for Stanford Law School Alumni Association. For the past two years, he has served as a trial advocacy instructor at the University of Houston’s Pre-Law Pipeline Program.
