Beck Redden LLP is pleased to announce that Mark C. Rodriguez has joined the Firm, effective August 12, 2019. Rodriguez, formerly a Partner at Vinson & Elkins LLP, is a 1992 graduate of Rice University and a 1995 graduate of Harvard Law School. He is consistently listed as a Texas Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters, and one of The Best Lawyers in America by Woodward/White.

Rodriguez is a trial attorney with nearly 25 years of experience representing energy industry clients in a broad range of lawsuits and arbitrations, including royalty disputes and other energy-related disputes. In addition, he represents clients in administrative proceedings, audits, and investigations involving claims by state agencies and the federal government concerning royalties, and issues related to the False Claims Act.
