In addition to her professional achievements, Mary Kate is deeply committed to giving back to the community. A dedicated ally, Mary Kate serves as Co-Chair of the Beck Redden Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and helps lead the Firm’s Women’s Initiative. She also serves on the Houston Urban Debate League’s Young Professionals Council and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Partnership for the Advancement and Immersion of Refugees, where she continues to support educational initiatives, a passion she has carried since her time as a high school mathematics teacher through Teach For America.
