Parth S. Gejji Achieves Board Certification in Civil Appellate Law

The Firm is proud to congratulate Parth S. Gejji, a partner in Beck Redden’s appellate section, on becoming board-certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS). Parth joins the ranks of four additional board-certified members of the TBLS at the Firm, including appellate partners Russell S. Post, Owen J. McGovern, Joshua S. Smith, and Nicholas Bruno.

Parth focuses his practice on civil appeals and complex civil litigation, as well as providing critical appellate assistance at the trial court level. This includes briefing dispositive motions, drafting jury charges, and advising trial lawyers on litigation strategy with an emphasis on error preservation, complex legal analysis, and big-picture strategy. Parth’s excellence in appellate practice has earned him numerous accolades, including being named in Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation in Appellate, 2024, The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in Appellate Practice, 2023–2025, and recognized as a “Rising Star” in Appellate Litigation by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers – Texas, 2021–2024. Additionally, he was named a 2017–2018 “Rising Star” by the South Asian Bar Association of Houston, further reflecting his commitment to excellence in his field.

Board Certification requires attorneys to meet rigorous qualifications, including years of experience, specialized legal practice, evaluations by peers and judges, and passing a challenging 6-hour written examination. TBLS certification reflects Parth’s commitment to delivering the highest quality legal services, further solidifying Beck Redden’s reputation for appellate excellence.
