Beck Redden is pleased to announce that Partner Marcos Rosales has been named to the Institute for Energy Law’s 5th Leadership Class. This prestigious program is primarily for energy professionals who have been practicing in the energy field between three and twelve years. Marcos represents individuals and businesses in all types of complex civil litigation with a breadth of experience in oil and gas disputes. Having previously served as senior vice president and general counsel of a diversified holding company with operations in multiple industries, Marcos employs his real-world business experience along with his engineering training and attention to detail to advocate for his clients.

Marcos is one of forty-one accomplished professionals across North America who were selected to take part in the 2022-2023 class. While many of the class members work in oil and gas litigation and transactions, several members also have experience in areas such as environmental, regulatory, construction, commercial, ESG, leasing, royalty, renewables, LNG, CCUS, finance, and much more. In addition to their work, members are dedicated to the communities in which they live, and their pro bono efforts.
