On September 14, 2023, Allison Standish Miller will present at the State Bar of Texas Tax Section Ethics CLE Program in Houston, Texas. The one-hour CLE, which includes a full hour of ethics credit, will cover best practices for avoiding grievances and malpractice claims, as well as recent developments in professional liability law.
Malpractice claims and grievances are an unfortunate reality of the practice of law. But – as unpleasant a topic as it may be – it is crucial to address issues that arise before they become major problems, as well as to ensure you are prepared in the event a claim does arise.
