On Thursday, September 23, Beck Redden lawyers Geoff Gannaway and Mary Kate Raffetto will explore the ethical rules surrounding negotiation and litigation. Geoff and Mary Kate will examine specific factual scenarios and recent case law for in-house and outside counsel to apply in their professions – whether in the conference room or the courtroom.
This year, Partner Thomas E. Ganucheau is acting as a Program Co-Chair for the TADC Annual Meeting. The TADC is a professional organization of civil trial attorneys dedicated to promoting excellence in its members, fairness in our judicial system, and preserving the right to jury trial for all citizens.
