Prior to joining the Firm, Fariha was a corporate tax attorney at a prominent law firm. Following law school, Fariha was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Drew B. Tipton of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. While in law school, Fariha was Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Law Review where she was honored with an award for Most Outstanding Editor.

    • $2.15 million final judgment for online furniture company Edloe Finch in a breach of contract suit against warehouse provider UNIS (Edloe Finch, LLC v. UNIS, LLC) Helped secure a complete jury verdict in favor of Edloe Finch after a seven-day trial. The judgment included full recovery of attorney’s fees, court costs, and prejudgment interest after finding that UNIS had overcharged the client through inflated shipping weights and unused supply fees.
    • Secured a complete defense verdict for HP Inc. in a $45 million breach of contract lawsuit brought by former supplier Integrity International (Integrity International, Inc. d/b/a TarrenPoint v. HP, Inc., et al) As a key member of the trial team, Fariha helped secure a unanimous jury verdict after a four-day trial in New York state court in a high-stakes legal battle between HP and its former legal supplier, who sought $45 million in damages for breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and fraudulent inducement.
