COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The firm offers a compensation package that is competitive with those of the largest firms in Texas. In addition, the firm offers annual merit-based bonuses that reflect the performance of the firm overall and the individual’s contribution to it. The firm pays professional fees, bar review costs, moving expenses, and other benefits, as well as health coverage and 401K and profit-sharing plans.
Despite the complex nature of our practice, the firm maintains an intimate atmosphere. Instead of specializing in a particular facet of practice, trial teams of attorneys and legal assistants are formed on a case-by-case basis. In this way, all attorneys have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of matters and practice with all other attorneys in the Firm.
