Alex Roberts will serve as a panelist for “Damages: Lessons from Trade Secrets Litigation” at the Southern District of Texas Bench Bar Conference on November 3, 2026 in Houston. In a session moderated by Hon. Christina Bryan, U.S. Magistrate Judge, Alex and Paul Benson of StoneTurn will examine recent trade secret cases involving significant damages issues, key aspects of those decisions, and the implications for proving future damages awards.
