Beck Redden trial lawyer, Cassie Maneen, recently presented on a Houston Bar Association Young Lawyers Panel titled, “Lessons Learned from Dealing with Challenging Opposing Counsel.” This panel discussed strategies for managing difficult opposing counsel relationships, including tactics for discovery, motion practice, and trial. While the panel features young lawyers with less than seven years of experience, the discussion will be applicable to lawyers at all stages of their practice.
Additional panelists included, Amber Ali from Chamberlain Hrdlicka, Kate Ergenbright from Norton Rose Fulbright, and Amy C. Farish from Yetter Coleman.
