While indeed the litigation process has slowed as a result of COVID-19, the notion that there are no trials or arbitrations taking place is incorrect leading to potential complacency, uncertainty, or unexpected angst when facing a looming trial date or deadline. In this program, three experienced trial lawyers will shed light on what courts and arbitrators have been doing throughout the pandemic, what lessons and opportunities exist for in-house counsel, and how litigation teams can manage cases going forward as courts attempt to catch-up.
